Granada Hills is a suburban residential neighborhood within San Fernando Valley known as a family community. Much of Granada Hills was built between 1950 and the late 1970s. 

This area is known for it’s beautiful scenery with open areas like O’Melveny Park which is one of the largest spaces in Los Angeles and let’s not forget the stunning views of the Santa Susana Mountains. 

Granada Hills has high school ratings, all of the beauty nature has to offer, hiking trials, and quick access to the freeways leaving it an ideal place for anyone to call home.
